*Number 3 is my favorite, It gives me motivation* 1. Drink 2 big glasses of water before eating, it makes you full, so you eat less. 2. Eat 6 small meals per day, about 3 hours apart. 3. Watch other people eat and get fat. You will lose your appitite looking at them shove food into their mouths... 4. Organize your room, it burns calories and it wont take you forever to find things in the morning. 5. Brush your teeth and tounge, it will keep you from eating. Trust me, it works. -Mandy. | | |

Tips: 1. Wear a rubber band around your wrist and snap it when you want to eat. You'll train yourself not to think about eating. This also works if you want to stop smoking. 2. Freeze your foods, it takes you longer to eat them, and keeps you ocupied. 3. Peppermints and peppermint teas are a great appetiete suppressant. 4. Don't slouch, you burn 10% more calories when you sit up straight than when you sloch around. 5. Eat spicy foods when you eat, the boost metabolism. -Mandy. | | |
